This Supplemental Project Agreement (SPA) is hereby made and entered into by and between AGENCY OF STATE OF NAME, hereinafter referred to as “the State,” and the USDA, Forest Service, REGION/AREA/UNIT, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the authority of the Agricultural Act of 2014, Pub.
