THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into between the State of Montana , Department of Public Health and Human Services, Montana State Hospital, hereinafter referred to as the "EMPLOYER," and the Union, Local #5070, MFPE, acting by and through its duly qualified and acting officers and representatives hereinafter called the "UNION," for the purpose of promoting and improving the understanding relative to all conditions of employment and providing a means for an amicable and equitable adjustment for any and all grievances which may arise, all of which the parties hereto believe and affirm will insure to the welfare and benefit of the individuals committed to the care of said Montana State Hospital.
