As discussed, the Parties intend for this agreement to resolve the issues raised as to the interpretation and application of the Transfer Freeze to employee changes between full-time and parttime status, the issues raised as to the interpretation and application of the letter agreement related to Transfer Freezes dated October 5, 2017, Grievance No. IAD04192019, and all other similarly situated known and unknown grievances (collectively, the "Grievances"). Accordingly, based on our mutual desire to resolve issues related to the Grievances, American Airlines, Inc.
