CONSORTIUM AGREEMENTConsortium Agreement • January 28th, 2021
This template is intended to use as consortium agreement for both parties to jointly carry out an awarded project and more suitable for the projects located in the contracting countries where the law system is not well developed. Before entering into this agreement, the parties shall enter into the Pre-bidding Agreement to work together on the preparation and submission of the tender for the Project. If the parties’ tender is successful, the parties shall enter into this consortium agreement and set out the basis upon which they shall work together as a consortium to perform the consortium’s obligations under the Main Contract with the Owner.
