This RETIREMENT AGREEMENT & GENERAL RELEASE (this “Agreement”), dated as of November 3, 2023, is entered into by and among Kristopher A. Wiebeck (“Employee”), Baldwin Risk Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“BRP LLC”), and BRP Colleague Inc., a Florida corporation (“BRP Colleague”) (BRP LLC and BRP Colleague are co-employers of Employee and collectively referred to herein as the “Company”).
