THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and the telecommunications entities set forth in Exhibit A to the General Terms and Conditions of the Interconnection Agreement, (“Tel West”), and shall be deemed effective as of the date of the last signature of both Parties (”Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Tel West or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
