THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 27th day of July 2015, between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation (the “City”), and United Launch Alliance, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”). The Company and the City are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually, without differentiation, each as a “Party.”
