Customer is a party who has registered to use Zipinion’s online services or products or both. If a Zipinion service is used for commercial purposes, then the Customer is the legal entity, including a sole proprietorship, that employs or contracts with the individual who registered to use and administrate a Zipinion service on behalf of the Customer. This individual hereby states that they are authorized to act on behalf of the Customer. If a Zipinion service is used for personal purposes, then the individual who registered to use and administer a Zipinion service is the Customer.
