This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions agreed between the parties in relation to which personal data will be shared in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679) during the Term that has been agreed for the purpose of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt both parties will be joint controllers.
