These Terms apply to all software and services provided by Oneserve Ltd (whose registered office is at 1 Tiger Moth Road, Skypark, Exeter, Devon, EX5 2FW) (“Oneserve”) to you, the customer (referred to as “you” and “Customer”), to the exclusion of all other terms, express or implied, including any put forward by you, unless a separate agreement has been signed and entered by both parties.
