This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Interconnection Agreement by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Illinois1 (“AT&T Illinois”) and Mediacom Telephony of Illinois, LLC (“CLEC”). AT&T Illinois and CLEC are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
