To qualify for participation in the 2017 TNMP High-Performance Homes Program, this Agreement, (the “Agreement”) is made by and between (“Homebuilder”) and ICF Resources, L.L.C. (“ICF”). ICF is the Program Administrator (“Program Administrator”) of TNMP’s 2017 High-Performance Homes Program (“Program”).
