This Full and Final Release and Covenant Not To Sue (“Release”) is made and entered into by and between the Claimant who executes this Release, on the one hand, and The Ohio State University (“OSU”), the Administrator, and the Settlement Appeal Panel, on the other hand. It is hereby stipulated and agreed, by and among the Parties, that the Parties’ claims will be fully settled, compromised, and released, and the Actions will be dismissed with prejudice as to all Parties, upon and subject to the following terms and conditions:
