Tenant’s Employee is an employee of (“Tenant”), whose business leases space within the Red Brook Corporate Center office complex (“Office Complex”) located at and which is owned and/or managed by the Landlord Parties and/or their affiliates, as applicable. Tenant’s Employee desires to use the fitness center amenity located at 400 Red Brook Boulevard, Suite 10, Owings Mills MD 21117 (“Fitness Center”).
