This TAX INCREMENT FINANCING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of this day of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and among the CITY OF BRECKSVILLE, OHIO (the “City”), a municipal corporation duly organized and validly existing under the constitution and the laws of the State of Ohio (the “State”) and its Charter, and The Sherwin-Williams Company, an Ohio corporation (the “Company”). The City and the Company may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
