Parties interested in GenoEx-PSE should take note that this version of the GenoEx-PSE service agreement is in DRAFT format. This version had previously been distributed to a number of interested parties, which resulted (mainly) in questions about the signatories to this agreement and clarification on “Service Users”, “authorized Service Users” and “Contracted Service Providers”. While we seek a solution to the question of signatories and find clarifications to the question of service users etc., we do not wish to withhold the other relevant information that is in this draft agreement.
