This EULA (“Attachment A”) is a legally binding agreement between Nuix and Licensee for use of the Software. The EULA consists of these terms and the Quotation. By executing this agreement in writing, Licensee acknowledges that Licensee has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Unless Licensee agrees with the terms of this EULA, Licensee is not authorized to use the Software.
