This Data Processing Addendum (the “Addendum”), effective XX/XX/XXXX is made by and between Blackbaud, Inc. or a subsidiary of Blackbaud, Inc., including, as applicable, Blackbaud Europe Ltd., Giving Limited, Giving.com Limited, The JustGiving Foundation, Everyday Hero Ltd., Blackbaud Global Ltd., and/or MyCharity Ltd. (ref erring to the relevant contracting party as "Blackbaud"), and ("Vendor”).
