Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Clauses (including the Appendix) have the meanings given to them in the agreement into which these Clauses are incorporated (the "Agreement" or the “Services Agreement”). If the Agreement authorizes the resale or supply of Google Cloud Platform under a Google partner or reseller program, then all references in these Clauses to: (a) Customer mean Partner, and (b) Customer Personal Data mean Partner Personal Data.
