, 2023, is entered into by and among Ameren Services Company as agent for Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Missouri (“Transmission Owner”), Grain Belt Express LLC, a Limited Liability Company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana(“MHVDC Connection Customer”), and Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. (“Transmission Provider”), a non-profit, non-stock Delaware corporation. Transmission Owner, MHVDC Connection Customer, and Transmission Provider are referred to herein individually as “Party,” and collectively, as “Parties.”
