This FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2009, by the City of Overland Park, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Kansas and having its principal place of business at City Hall, 8500 Santa Fe Drive, Overland Park, Kansas 66212-2899 (hereinafter referred to as “City”) and Fast Food Equipment Systems Inc. D/B/A Leap Hospitality a Missouri Corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
