This Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement, dated as of February 28, 2017 (the “Stipulation”) is entered into between (a) Arkansas Teacher Retirement System (“Arkansas Teachers”), Macomb County Employees Retirement System (“Macomb County”), and Laborers’ District Council and Contractors’ Pension Fund of Ohio (“Ohio Laborers”) (collectively, “Lead Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and the Class (defined below); and (b) defendant DFC Global Corp.
