This document is an addendum (the "Addendum") to the Software Distribution Agreement (the "Agreement") between Apple Computer, Inc. ("Apple") and ("Licensee"). In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of the Agreement (including any prior addendum) and the terms of this Addendum, the terms of this Addendum shall prevail with respect to the Apple Game Sprockets software. All other terms of the Agreement shall apply to the Apple Game Sprockets software.
