A sponsoring organization (Sponsor) that participates in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) must meet CACFP requirements for meals that will be claimed for CACFP reimbursements, as specified in this contract. The food service vendor shall operate in accordance with current Program regulations 7CFR226; including the meal pattern and nutrition requirements by age group of children in care 7CFR226.20.
