FACILITIES (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (as defined in Section 11.1), by and between, , a [corporation, LLC, etc.] (the “Licensee”), and the City of Liberty, Missouri, a municipality of the State of Missouri (the “City”). Licensee and City may sometimes be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
