The terms of this agreement (the “Agreement”) apply to your use of any of the Fiber Fast Homes, LLC services described in Section 1 below and the Fiber Fast Homes, LLC equipment described in Section 5 below (collectively, the “Services”). Fiber Fast Homes, LLC is a subsidiary of Boston Omaha Broadband and the Services described herein shall include Services provided by Fiber Fast Homes, LLC or any parent, affiliate, or subsidiary entity (collectively, "Fiber Fast Homes," “we,” “us,” or “our”).
