This Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) dated May 1, 2023 between Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid (“National Grid”), a New York corporation, and Albany Engineering Corporation, a New York corporation located at 5 Washington Square, Albany, New York 12205 (“Producer”), shall be effective as of (“Effective Date”). (National Grid and Producer are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
