It is entered into between the School Board of Orange County, Florida, a public body corporate organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “School Board”; and the Apopka Police Department; the Belle Isle Police Department; the Eatonville Police Department; the Edgewood Police Department; the Maitland Police Department; the Oakland Police Department; the Ocoee Police Department; the Orange County Sheriff’s Department; the Orlando Police Department; the Windermere Police Department; the Winter Garden Police Department; and the Winter Park Police Department, hereinafter referred to as the “Law Enforcement Agencies”; the Department of Juvenile Justice; the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court, Juvenile Division; Orange County Clerk of Court, Juvenile Division; Department of Children and Family Services; State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit; Public Defender
