In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the BYU Law Camp (the “Activity”) that will take place on Monday, August 6, 2018 through Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Brigham Young University (BYU) and/or Getout Games, Escape Key, and/or Encryption, sponsored by BYU Conferences and Workshops, I agree to this assumption of risk, release of liability, and indemnity agreement (“Agreement”). I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ASSUME THE INHERENT RISKS OF THE ACTIVITY which includes participation in a variety show, Getout games, Escape Key, and/or Encryption.
