This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the City of San Jose (the “City”) and the Santa Clara Valley Water District (the “District”) for Operation and Maintenance of the Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center (the “Agreement”) as of this day of October, 2012. The District and the City are sometimes collectively referred to in this Agreement as the (the “Parties”), and individually referred to as (the “Party”).
