P-13.1), stand- ards for its professional training activities, the approval of training activities developed outside the school, admis- sion requirements, teaching requirements, examinations and certificates of studies and diplomas, as well as stand- ards of equivalence. The by-law must be submitted to the Minister of Public Security ;
