Sihtasutus e-Governance Academy EGA (Tallin, Esll tonia), Ministrstvo za notranje zadeve (Ljubljana, Slovenia), Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Publicas (Madrid, Spain), signed a Consortium Agreement, in order to specify the relationship among them, the management of the Project and the rights and obligations of the Parties, and. furthermore, to specify or supplement binding commitments among themselves in addition to the provisions of the EC- Grant Agreement (EC - OA No. 610 650). as amended in April, 2014;
