(PJM) submitted for filing an executed Interconnection Service Agreement (ISA) among PJM, Spring Grove Solar II, LLC (Spring Grove Solar II), and Virginia Electric and Power Company (the Spring Grove Solar II ISA).1 PJM states that it is submitting the Spring Grove Solar II ISA for filing because it contains terms and conditions that do not conform to the form of ISA set forth in Attachment O-1 to the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff.
