THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between Top To Bottom Services (hereinafter the "Company") and the undersigned, Mr. Test Client (hereinafter the "Client"). In consideration of the fee and limitation of liability below, the Company agrees to perform the following services on 12/24/2021 at 9:00AM, as requested by the Client. The Client understands that due to limitations out of the control of the Company, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, additional costs and fees, licensing regulations and regional restrictions, the Company cannot guarantee that services marked "Vendor Provided" occur at the same time as other services provided through the Company.
