THIS PERMIT AGREEMENT (“Permit”) is between the City of Flagstaff, an Arizona Municipal Corporation (“City”), and , an Arizona non-profit organization (“Project Manager”) to allow Project Manager to develop and manage a recreational Community Agriculture Project, subject to the terms and conditions of this permit, on properties owned by the City of Flagstaff.
