The current interlocal agreement for the Papillion Creek Watershed Partnership (PCWP) expires on June 30, 2024. This five-year agreement involved an effort to implement the Watershed Plan through structural and nonstructural components. Since 2009, PCWP member communities (Bellevue, Boys Town, Gretna, La Vista, Omaha, Papillion, Ralston, and Sarpy County) have adopted ordinances to address water quality issues and to collect Watershed Fees from new development. The District has implemented the structural components of the Watershed Plan. To date, six projects have been completed and three others are in progress.
