This Mutual Non-Disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made on the date set forth below by and between a potential Client or a Business Partner _, (“Client”) and InvestorsAlly, Inc. (also known as InvestorsAlly Realty, Yachts, Jets, Films & Fine Art) (“InvestorsAlly”) in regard to information concerning either proposed or actual selling, buying, renting, chartering, lending, funding, insuring or engaging (“Transaction”) some real estate properties, businesses, ventures, yachts, boats, jets, planes, films, TV projects, stage plays, multi-media displays, games, scripts, fine art objects, jewelry collections, fashion and/or their related support, funding or design services (“Property”). Client and InvestorsAlly shall be referred to singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
