This trademark license agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the NFC Forum, Inc., a not for profit Delaware membership corporation with principal offices at 401 Edgewater Place, Suite 600, Wakefield, MA 01880 USA (“NFC Forum” or “Licensor”), which is the owner of the trademark and the related material that will downloaded upon completion of this Agreement, and the "Licensee," which is the company, entity or individual that is acquiring a license under this Agreement.
