The University of Texas at Arlington (“UTA”) and the undersigned (“Lessee”) enter into this renewal of an existing Apartment Lease Agreement between the parties dated as of «checkindate» pertaining to the Premises described below. This renewal is on the same terms and conditions as the Apartment Lease Agreement, save and except (i) as expressly modified herein; and (ii) the Terms and Conditions for this renewal shall be the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions published by UTA, which are incorporated herein by reference for all purposes. (The Apartment Lease Agreement, as so modified, is hereafter called the “Lease”).
