THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into as of the day of , 2023 by and between Central Iowa Water Works ("CIWW"), a joint and cooperative legal entity organized and existing under Iowa Code Chapters 28E and 28F, and the Board of Water Works Trustees of the City of West Des Moines, Iowa Works (“WDMWW"), a municipal utility organized and existing under Iowa Code Chapter 388 (hereinafter sometimes jointly referred to as "the Parties" or either referred to individually as a "Party").
