THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2015, by and between City of Elmhurst, an Illinois municipal corporation (“City”), and Elmhurst Park District, an Illinois park district and unit of local government (“Park District”). City and Park District are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
