Thank you for your interest in participating in the moja global Project (“moja global”). This participation agreement is required to be executed by organizations that are committing funds to moja global. Organizations that do not wish to commit funds to moja global but that wish to participate in the governance of moja global by having representation on either the Management Board or the Strategy Board should contact [email address] to request a non-funding participation agreement. Technical participation in the project is open to all, provided, that technical participants must comply by the terms of the moja global Charter (attached hereto as Exhibit B, the “Charter”).
