This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered this 6th day of September 2016 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Kadir Fakir and Kamrun Parveen (“Tenant”), owners and operators of a restaurant located at 5 East Citrus Avenue. City and Tenant are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
