This Master Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the applicable contracting party set forth in Section 13.4.1 (“Viking Cloud”, “Provider”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us” ) , and the client set forth in the Order (“Client”) (each of the foregoing a “Party” and together, the “Parties”) as of the Effective Date.
