This Tax Abatement Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “Agreement,” is executed by and between the FORT BEND COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “District,” acting by and through its Board of Directors, MCRPC II, LLC, a foreign limited liability corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Owner,” owner of the Real Property and Improvements located within the City of Missouri City Reinvestment Zone No. 12, and RICH PRODUCTS CORPORATION, a foreign for-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Lessee”, the lessee of the Real Property and Improvements and owner of the eligible property located within the City of Missouri City Reinvestment Zone No. 12.
