It is our understanding that the City of Coppell (“Client”) requests Olsson, Inc. dba The Olsson Studio (“Olsson”) to perform the services described herein pursuant to the terms of this Letter Agreement for Professional Services, Olsson’s General Provisions and any exhibits attached hereto (all documents constitute and are referred to herein as the “Agreement”) for the Project.
