Assumption of Risk: I understand that the Triangle Cricket League (the “League”) was formed for the purpose of providing an opportunity for youth and adults, including adult employees of companies located in the Research Triangle Park, to participate in recreational cricket. I understand and accept that I may be exposed to certain hazards and risks of personal injury or property damage by participating in the League activities and transportation to and from these activities. I choose to participate in the League in spite of these risks and hereby assume all risks of injury or loss of life to myself, and loss of or damage to property arising out of my participation in said League. I understand the inherent risks involved in participating in said League and accept the full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result. I have been advised that no insurance coverage is provided by the League or through the League registration fee.
