Please find the attached Amendment No. 3 to the Owner-Architect Agreement dated March 16, 2022 between the City of Gulf Shores and Goodwyn Mills Cawood LLC (GMC) for a Schematic Design (Service A). In accordance with DCM Manual of procedures, the Owner-Architect agreement has been amended two times independent of this current amendment request. Amendment No. 1 added the remainder of the Architect’s basic design services (Services B through E) along with Special Services and Reimbursable costs. Amendment No. 2 adjusted the Basic Service fee at 4.5% of the approved contracted construction costs and 75% of the 4.5% of the design of the Practice Pavilion that was removed from the bid package, for a total revised contract of $7,898,093.28.
