Manufacturers that do not currently participate in the Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program (Discount Program) and wish to participate beginning Calendar Year (CY) 2015 must submit a Medicare Coverage Gap Discount Program Agreement and a Third Party Administrator Agreement (Agreements) to the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) by January 30, 2014.
