This PPA seeks to formally predetermine how the proceeds of any red tag capture (with regards the ‘Million Dollar Fish’ competition) will be disbursed amongst those persons on board the vessel of capture – hereafter to be referred to as ‘The Crew’. Specific consideration may need to be outlined with regard the standing of ‘The Skipper’ (The owner and driver of the vessel) and ‘The Captor’ (The angler deemed to have boated the tagged fish) in the event of any successful tag redemption exercise.
